Deliveries & returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it at your expense, except custom products. Please inform us by e-mail or by phone. Upon receipt of the returned package, we will credit your account excluding delivery charges. Products must be returned in their original state. You will be notified of your refund by email.
Important
The commands returned with missing items, broken or altered will not be accepted. Refunds on purchases made by credit card will be credited to the same card.Term of payment: Visa, Mastercard, money order, Bank mandate, certified cheque, paypal. All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars.
